The overall goal of our client, an international furniture manufacturer and shop fitter, was to clarify responsibilities, simplify processes and stop bureaucracy. This was done against the background that over 8 individual companies were to be considered, which represented a production and distribution network of considerable size and complexity. The aim was to create a seamless end-to-end structure that would make it easy to work with the client from the outside and inside.
