Simplify - Organisation, Processes and IT

The overall goal of our client, an international furniture manufacturer and shop fitter, was to clarify responsibilities, simplify processes and stop bureaucracy. This was done against the background that over 8 individual companies were to be considered, which represented a production and distribution network of considerable size and complexity. The aim was to create a seamless end-to-end structure that would make it easy to work with the client from the outside and inside.

Achievements

The target images regarding organisation, processes and IT landscape were approved by the management. Among other things, these served as guidelines for the following ERP harmonisation. In addition, more than 20 improvement measures including implementation planning were defined and approved.
