The objective of the project was to systematically identify new growth opportunities for a company in the oil and gas industry by exploring adjacent application areas. The focus was on applications in the fields of defense and underwater infrastructure security that demonstrated a strong fit with the company's existing core competencies while offering attractive market potential.
